These Homemade foods are not subject to state inspection according to MN Cottage Law

Payment is due prior to, or at pick-up.  Acceptable payment methods include: check (if check bounces, you are responsible for any incurred fees), cash, Paypal (Friends and Family), or Venmo.

Please no cancellations within 7 days of agreed pick-up date.  Pick up location will be at Dollar General, in Richmond MN, unless a different location is agreed upon at the time of order.

Sara is not responsible for damage to cookies once they leave her home.

Cookies need to be ordered at least 60 hours in advance. 

Sara provides a list of ingredients, and is not responsible in the event of an allergy. Anyone with food allergies should not consume Sara’s cookies due to cookies being made in a non-dedicated kitchen.  Cross-contamination is very likely. Cookies contain milk, wheat, corn, eggs, almond. (Substitutes can be made upon request; however, price adjustments may be necessary).

All cookies are handmade, and due to their nature, end result will vary.  All designs need to be thoroughly discussed. Any photos used as inspiration will not be exactly copied to respect original artist.

Colors and designs that are requested will be as closely matched as possible, but cannot guarantee perfection. 

Due to the customized designs, a refund will not be offered for a disliked result.  Again, cookie design must be discussed prior in detail. 

This contract stands for final payment. No alterations may be made.  If changes are necessary, a new contract will need to be filled out and signed no less than one week prior to the date of pickup. 

Cookies are a labor of love, and above prices are lower than the competition. Hours of hard work are poured into the cookies, ensuring  a unique and delicious end result. 

Photos of cookies will be used freely for marketing purposes.

The information below has been filled out thoroughly, theme/design has been discussed in depth, and I will receive the cookies “as-is” not withholding payment. The contract will be fulfilled as written below, with careful attention to detail and quality by Sara.
